  • 2 L chicken broth (liquid)
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 150 ° C (130C fan forced).
  • STEP 2 Place pork in a dish explosion-proof on the heat and add the chicken stock. Bring to the boil. Transfer to the oven.
  • STEP 3 Cook, covered, for about 2 hours or until tender. Strain and reserve for gravy stock, if desired.
  • Step 4 Increase the oven to 200 ° C (180 ° C fan forced).
  • STEP 5 Note pork and sprinkle with salt.
