Ingredients

  • 2 fresh pear
  • 125 g butter
  • 300 ml sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg

  • cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed nuts crushed

Method

  • STEP 1 Mix flour, sugar and spices into a bowl and rub in the butter.
