Slow Cooker Chicken Legs

- 1 slow cooker
ingredients
- 2 Medium potatoes cubed
- 1 stalk chopped broccoli
- 2 diced carrot
- 8 beautiful chicken legs
- 2 cup water
- 1 tbsp optional dust sauce
- 1 pinch optional mixed herbs
Method
- STEP 1 Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker.
- STEP 2 Top with broccoli and chicken legs.
- STEP 3 Pour water over the top and sprinkle with herbs.
- Step 4 Turn on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
- STEP 5 Just before serving, make a sauce with the remaining liquid, or use as a broth.
Notes
These are the vegetables that I used the last time I did this, even though you can use almost all vegetables you have around. Just remember cook better on the bottom of the pot, rather than at the top.
