  • 1 slow cooker

ingredients

  • 2 Medium potatoes cubed
  • 1 stalk chopped broccoli
  • 2 diced carrot
  • 8 beautiful chicken legs
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp optional dust sauce
  • 1 pinch optional mixed herbs

Method

  • STEP 1 Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker.
  • STEP 2 Top with broccoli and chicken legs.
  • STEP 3 Pour water over the top and sprinkle with herbs.
  • Step 4 Turn on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
  • STEP 5 Just before serving, make a sauce with the remaining liquid, or use as a broth.

Notes

These are the vegetables that I used the last time I did this, even though you can use almost all vegetables you have around. Just remember cook better on the bottom of the pot, rather than at the top.
