Ingredients

  • 340 g mix Buttercake cake
  • 125g melted butter
  • 300 g light sour cream
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 beaten egg
  • 440 g canned apple pie
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Method

  • STEP 1 Combine cake mix, coconut and butter and press into greased 30 cm x 20 cm piece of tin.
  • STEP 2 Bake at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • STEP 3 develops apple over the base while still hot, add the sour cream and beaten eggs then pour mix over the base, sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Step 4 bake another 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 5 stand for 15 minutes up by the set. Keep refrigerated.
