Dutch Indonesian Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 breasts big chicken cubes

- 1 large leek washed sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup mung bean

- 9 TBS tomato sauce
- 9 TBS white vinegar
- 9 TBS kecap manis
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
Method
- STEP 1 Cook chicken, onion, leek and garlic in a large saucepan until the chicken is cooked and the onion and leeks are soft. Set aside.
- STEP 2 In another saucepan, combine the ingredients for the sauce and simmer until well combined and peanut butter has melted through.
- STEP 3 Pour the sauce over the mixture chicken and return to heat.
