  • 2 sheets Pampas pastry
  • 2 thinly sliced ​​apples
  • 40 g butter
  • 4 teaspoons sugar cane
  • 2 teaspoons powder
  • cinnamon
  • 1 splash of milk * more
  • 1 pinch sugar * more

Method

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 190C. Cut each pastry sheet in half, then place sliced ​​apples on one half.
  • STEP 2 Dot with a quarter of butter, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • STEP 3 Moisten ends with milk and bending over. Press closed with a fork.
  • Step 4 Brush top with milk and sprinkle with white sugar. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
