Ingredients

  • 2 sliced ​​onion
  • 2 capsicum sliced ​​
  • 4 beautiful chicken legs
  • 4 (cutlets) chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon of dust chili
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 300 g tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of cornmeal
  • 1 salt

Method

  • STEP 1 Place onions and peppers in a slow cooker, then add the chicken.
  • STEP 2 Sprinkle with chili powder and oregano then. Add the sauce.
  • STEP 3 Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until cooked. Check chicken after 3 hours.
  • Step 4 Remove chicken from oven and keep warm.
  • STEP 5 Add the tomato sauce, cumin, corn flour and salt then add the cooker and cook on high for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 6 Serve the chicken, covered with sauce, with rice or pasta and green vegetables.
