  • 125g butter
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped unsalted roasted peanuts coarsely
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips with milk

  • STEP 1 melt the butter and peanut butter together, let cool.

Notes
