  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Method

  • STEP 1 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2 , beat the egg whites to stiff snow.
  • STEP 3 Gradually add the sugar to the egg whites and mix until the mixture becomes thick and glossy.
  • Step 4 Mix white sugar and cornflour together in a separate bowl.
  • STEP 5 Fold mixture of sugar and lemon juice into the egg white mixture.
