Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup softened butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sifted icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice to taste *

Method

  • STEP 1 Combine all the ingredients for sweet and thoroughly beat for 3 minutes.
  • STEP 2 Pour the mixture into a greased 20 cm x 10 cm or 20 cm loaf tin ring.
