Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 500 g diced bacon slices
  • 1 bunch diced onion
  • 1 diced peppers
  • 600 MLS cream
  • 125g grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste *
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • 500 g paste

Method

  • STEP 1 Cook pasta per package directions.
  • STEP 2 Put the oil in a pan with salt, pepper and garlic and heat. Chicken Brown.
  • STEP 3 In the same pan, brown bacon until cooked. Put the chicken back in the pan, then add onions and peppers and cook for a few minutes.
  • Step 4 Add the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the tomato paste, let this breathe a minute, then add the pasta and cook until thickened.
  • STEP 5 Mix in the Parmesan.

Notes

You can add mushrooms to this, and the amount of cream can be adjusted as desired. Capsicum in box can be used.
