Ingredients
- 1 kg blade beef oyster trimmed
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 60 g butter
- 3 halved onion, thickly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 1/4 cup water
- 2 nut beef
- 1 teaspoon of Vegemite
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch salt and pepper * to taste
Method
- STEP 1 dust steak lightly with seasoned flour.

Notes
You could put this in the slow cooker even though I have not tried. I use Massel nuts, are larger than ordinary ones (Continental) so you may need to use an extra one if you use those. I serve this dish with mashed potatoes, broccoli and carrots. My kids love the sauce.
