Ingredients

  • 6 [19459021mediumsliced​​potato]

  • 1 onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 3 pieces broccoli broken into florets

Method

  • STEP 1 bacon dice the onion and garlic and cook in saucepan over medium heat, until soft.
  • STEP 2 In a food processor combine broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrot, soup mix and cream until smooth.
  • STEP 3 Layer potatoes in a large casserole or baking dish and cover with bacon mixture followed by the cream mix.
  • Step 4 Keep alternating bacon and cream mix, the last top layer with the cheese.
  • STEP 5 Cover with foil and bake at 200 ° C. Cook until the potatoes are tender then remove foil and bake until golden brown.
