- 1 slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1 kg blade steak (beef) cut into strips
- 2 sliced onion
- 3 cloves crushed garlic clove
- 500 g sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 250 ml broth (liquid)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch * salt and pepper to taste
Method
- STEP 1 Place all ingredients in the slow cooker, except the mushrooms and sour cream.
- STEP 2 Stir well to combine.
- STEP 3 Cook on auto for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Step 4 Add mushrooms 1 hour before serving and add sour cream 20 minutes before serving.
- STEP 5 Serve with spiral pasta and bread crust.
Notes
Use tomato sauce or soup. Paprika or Dijon mustard.
