Ingredients

  • 170 g crushed biscuits
  • 85 g melted butter
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 395 g milk condensed
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of gelatin loose powder
  • 1 spoon hot water
  • 1 grated peppermint crisp chocolate bars
  • 2 drops peppermint extract

Method

  • STEP 1 Add butter cast in crushed biscuits.
  • STEP 2 Press into a pie plate coated sheet.
  • STEP 3 Put in refrigerator to set.
  • Step 4 Mix all the other ingredients and pour into the base of iced biscuit.
  • STEP 5 decorate with grated chocolate.

Notes

If you want a chocolate you can use 170 g golliwog biscuits. This cheese is best made the day before serving to allow the mint to flavor the cheesecake! Nice use cookies Arnott.
