Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup mixed fruit

Method

  • STEP 1 Heat oven to 180 ° C and melt the butter in a flat pan bottom.
  • STEP 2 While it is melting the butter mix all the other ingredients.
  • STEP 3 Pour the mixture over the melted butter, but do not mix.
  • Step 4 Add cooked fruit on top and bake for about 1 hour.

Notes
