Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillet into large cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon for all the seasoning uses
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 400g coconut milk
  • 2 cup * rice to serve

Method

  • STEP 1 Mix yogurt with all the spices and add the chicken.
  • STEP 2 Mix to coat all over the chicken and marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3 Place a large skillet over medium heat, add the chicken made up including all the yogurt more.
  • Step 4 Brown in a pan and add the coconut milk and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 5 Serve with rice.

All spices or vegetables can be added to this dish.
