Ingredients

  • 6 peeled potato thinly sliced ​​
  • 4 (threads) chicken thighs into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon for all seasoning uses
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 of chopped bacon slices
  • 8 button mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Method

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  • STEP 2 spray a rectangular or square pan with spray oil.
  • STEP 3 Layer half the potato slices in the dish.
  • Step 4 Fry the chicken in a little 'oil in a frying pan until golden brown, and sprinkle with the seasoning.
  • STEP 5 Place chicken on top of the potatoes.
  • STEP 6 Fry onion, bacon, mushrooms and garlic in the same pan for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7 Place on top of the chicken in the casserole.
  • STEP 8 Top with remaining potatoes and pour the cream over.
  • STEP 9 Bake for 1 hour, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 30 minutes. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.

Notes

I used the cream light of this and was very happy. We just had that alone, but you can serve it with a little 'salad if you like. This is adapted from a recipe I found in That's Life magazine. Swiss brown mushrooms can also be used.
