Ingredients

  • 15 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 leek washed halved lengthwise slices
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 sheets thawed puff pastry
  • 100g blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup cream

Method

  • STEP 1 melt the butter and oil together in a pan. Gently saute leeks and garlic until the leeks are very tender. Allow to cool.
  • STEP 2 Cut 8 cm circles in pastry, ease each circle in a surface oiled muffin tin.
  • STEP 3 Enter an even amount of leek anyway and crumble the cheese on top.
  • Step 4 Beat eggs and cream together, also spill amount of mixture in cases.
