Ingredients

  • 3 egg
  • 4 tablespoons cream powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 400g milk condensed
  • 4 cup milk

Method

  • STEP 1 Beat eggs and cream custard powder together until smooth and well blended.
  • STEP 2 Add vanilla and condensed milk, mix well.
  • STEP 3 Add the milk and stir constantly, bring to a boil until thickened and remove from heat.

Notes

I used condensed skimmed milk and low-fat milk for this recipe. I also got a bit 'of a magician with the stick blender for a very creamy texture after cooking. This makes a nice thick cream rather to use more or less powder to the desired consistency.
