Ingredients

  • 4 sausage
  • 4 just ripe tomato slices
  • 500 g 98% slices bacon without rind without fat connection
  • 1 chopped onion thin slices
  • 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce

Method

  • Step 1 boil until cooked sausages and then pull the remaining skin.
  • STEP 2 Cut the sausage into 3 pieces and place in pan.
  • STEP 3 Add onion and cook until soft.
  • Step 4 Add the bacon and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5 Add sweet chilli sauce and tomatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the tomatoes are dissolved in a sauce.

Notes

I serve with mashed potatoes and a selection of vegetables, but it tastes very well on rice.
