Ingredients

  • 300 ml clotted cream
  • 25 g French onion soup mix
  • 6 large potato

Method

  • STEP 1 potatoes wash and leave the skin on, cut into slices and layer in a baking dish lightly greased.
  • STEP 2 Stir the soup cream and mix together in a jug and pour over the potatoes.
  • STEP 3 Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
  • Step 4 Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.

This is a great accompaniment to any meat and is good with salad and meat barbecues.
