ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice cooled
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 fillet of chicken breast
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 150g smoked ham ( gastronomy) shaved
  • 1 chop pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 bunch shallots

Method

  • STEP 1 Making 3 egg omelet, using 2 tablespoons of water in 3 beaten eggs. When cold slice into strips
  • STEP 2 Cut the chicken and marinate in honey soy marinade, cook, set aside.
  • STEP 3 Do the same with pork in a separate bowl, cook sidelined.
  • Step 4 fire wok and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, peas, onion and ham. Once cooked, add pork and chicken, continue stirring and add the rice, soy sauce, eggs, scallions and bean sprouts. Serve once the rice is heated through.
